Hearts and Sleeves - Week Seven

When prayer is boring, when the Word seems dry, when going to church has become a simple habit, then it’s time to reignite your love relationship with Jesus! Fan the flames of romance by repenting from getting off track in your relationship with God, and then trying one of these ideas. Read some of the most loving passages of Scripture written from Jesus to you (Try Hosea 2:14-23; Jeremiah 31:3; Psalm 139; Isaiah 43:1-7, 49:14-16, 64:5 in NLT), put in a worship CD and serenade your audience of One, write a love letter to God, or go on a date with Jesus by setting a meeting time, dressing up pretty, getting a private place, and then entering into His Presence and just soaking up His wonderfulness.
